I am back from the US for a holiday for a few months, however I wanted to share with you this fab apple sorbet I had at Capital Grille in Tampa, for a friends birthday lunch. It really was amazing and beautiful executed. In fact it has inspired me  to perhaps give it a go, with a similar biscotti.
